Why is broccoli so good for you??!
I'm just curious I eat it everyday and people tell me it is so good but no one tells me why!.

because it contains vitamins that milk has but milk has no vitamin K and broccoli does't have any vitamin D and Vitamin B12

Broccoli contains something called Folic Acid, this is the same for any really green vegetable such as spinach or green peppers!. Folic Acid is also known as Vitamin M or Folacin!. Many foods now are supplemented with folic acid because so many people are deficient in this essential vitamin!. You man have also heard that it is very important for pregnant women and developing babies!. It helps fight cancer, stroke, heart disease, depression, and promotes fertility!.
