Easy ways to add more veggies into my diet?!
I do not really like veggies that much, the only salad I really like is a homemade vegan ranch dressing recipe and baby spinage and carrots!. Or just plain carrots dipped in the home made ranch dressing!. I need to add more veggies to my diet, but I do not really like the taste!.!.!.any ideas!? I make my normal recipes and add 'cheats' like when making chilli or veggie soups, or manwich, i add v8 or drink it daily, I also add, carrots and peas to these dishes, things that cook all day, you dont notice the taste!. !.!.!.I also puree veggies and put it in my spaghetti, sauces etc!.!. mix them into scrambled eggs and onto sandwiches!. veggie burgers are actually good!.!.!.!.top with fresh veggies!.!.!.salsa is great!.!.!.use shredded veggies in casseroles!.!.!.!.you wont notice them!.!.Try spagetti squash, you can use it like the real stuff (red sauce) or just salt and pepper it or go sweet, cinnamon and sugar!. yum!.!.GOOD LUCKWww@FoodAQ@Com
I have the same problem! I know this is gonna sound totally disgusting, but I promise, its good! Mix shredded carrots in when you make orange jello and replace the cold water portion with a clear soda! I also really like kale in soups!. Once its cooked a while and has wilted it actually has a pretty good flavor!. Try Jessica Seinfelds cookbook called "Deseptively Delicious" That woman hides veggies even in brownies!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
i would try stir frying some veggies like peppers, onions, garlic, broccoli, etc!. Experiment with different spices, different sauces and find someone that likes vegetables to give you some tips Start small and expand out!. Try sweet potatoes, try different leaf lettuce, try eggplant, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try this!.!.!.!.!.in a blender mix: spinach leaves, a couple broccoli spears, a few baby carrots, frozen strawberries, with orange juice!.!.!.!.and amazingly, the strawberries is what you mainly taste when you drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just grow up and eat them-it ain't gonna kill you!. The more you try to disguise them with dressing and high fat preparations, the more you undo the benefits of eating them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
