For people who eat a raw diet: Do you exercise?!

I was a raw vegan for 5 years, and I just did usual exercise, like walking, jogging,swimming now and again!. Not excessively, just a few times a week!. I was much healthier anyway!. I am just a vegan now, and still much healthier than most people I knowWww@FoodAQ@Com
Funny thing is that in my experience, most of the vegetarians and vegans i know don't even exercise at all!. Most of them believe the propaganda that they are simply healthier by being veg and do not need to exercise!. HAHWww@FoodAQ@Com
