I use it with a vegetarian soup base and buy these fried onions from my Indian or Vietnamese shops and make a veggie version of Onion chip dip, but I use it one baked potato's, as a dressing in wraps, and as a snack with baked pita chips!.
You can use it in place of sour cream or yougart if you eat dairy, spice it up and use it as a spread on bagels or whole grain toast, blended with a bit of mustard, spices, oil and seasoning it make a nice faux veggie mayo with out eggs too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make a tofu breakfast scramble (in lieu of eggs)!. Drain the silken tofu and mix it in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, a dash of curry, 1/2 teaspoon of tumeric and whatever veggies you want (green peppers, squash, broccoli)!. Stir fry in a pan with 3 tablespoons of canola oil!. Delish! I serve it over a bed of spinach with toast on the side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
