I am so confused with veggie diet?!
i used to eat eggs and chicken with soy milk and yogurt with veggies and fruits,rice and bread in my diet !.now i want to stop eating eggs and chicken and stop dairy products is this ok can i get all the essential nutrients in my daily diet being a vegitarian!.can any one give good research answer,because i heard that being an vegitarian diet we can t get all the nutrients is that true can any one tell what to eatWww@FoodAQ@Com

It is not at all true that you cannot get the needed nutrients being a vegetarian!. Consume more legumes!.!.!.assorted!. Nuts, soy, tofu etc!.!.!.
also, Quinoa is really great for you!. Are you planning to eat fish still or are you cutting out ALL animal/fish products!? Dark leafy greens also contain many vital nutrients!.
