If she's eating only her dinner and not losing anything she may be one of those people who cannot lose weight easy or she is simply no doing enough!. Try helping her out!.!. try one of these!.

(1) Do workouts together
(2) Encourage her to eat health foods only
(3) Join a sport or activity together
(4) Tell her to walk some more
(5) Jump rop or do jumping jacks during her spare time
(6) She could try diet pills
(7) Daily exercise
(8) Give her compliments every once and awhile to help build her self esteem
(9) Tell her parents to help out with the health foods and such
(10) Tell her to weight her food, eat small meals every 3-5 hours

This is not a vegan issue, but a health issue!. You need to talk to your parents or her parents because your friend could well have an eating disorder!. And if she has lots of energy in spite of not eating much, she could be on some drugs or supplements!. She needs help far beyond what YA can provide!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hmmm strange considering her tank is running on empty!. Not healthy for her shes doing more damage to her body!.

she needs to work out, eat a big health breakfast, medium potion lunch and a teeny weeny dinnerWww@FoodAQ@Com

if you tried to feed me vegan i'd not eat eitherWww@FoodAQ@Com
