How could I get extra iron without taking iron tablets - I am anaemic, also vegetarian?!
I am a bit worried about taking the tablets because I heard they cause stomach upset etc, and I am already on quite a bit of medication!.

Put a handful of spinach leaves in the blender with frozen strawberries and orange juice!.!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.it tastes good, trust me!. The vitamin C in the orange juice helps the body to absorb the iron in the spinach, which is loaded with iron!.

Forget the vegetarian diet!.!.!.sit down with a nice plate of baby beef liver and onions!.
