If you mean like veggie burgers and such then I would say they are not very healthy!. I often wonder about the health properties involved with soy!. I don't think microwaved frozen soy products are very healthy and shouldn't be relied on in your diet!. At least from my personal experience, soy products have done nothing for me health wise and I used to eat a lot of them!.
Some of them are tasty, but they don't have much of a benefit!. Instead try to eat more natural foods such as vegetables, fruits, nuts, avacados, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mock meat or "veat" (Veg*n "mEAT") is like any other processed food: it's processed!.
One thing you can do to avoid all the additives but still get the mouth feel is to buy TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)!. This is made from soy and that's pretty much it!. It comes in hard granules (think dehydrated ground beef) that you can add to anything to get a meaty texture!. It takes on the flavor of whatever you mix it with, so you can certainly cook some up, add something like a packet of taco seasoning, and have yourself some taco veat!. It's rather cheap, too!. I got a packet of it on sale for $1!.99 (normally $2!.99), and it'll last a long time because a little goes a long way!.!.!.kind like when you buy a bag of dried beans or rice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
