Answers:
I don't eat animal products, but when I did:

!. Alligator!. Had it fried up and served with a dipping sauce!. Tasted like a slightly gamey chicken, but not gamey in a bad way!.!.!.more like a deeper flavor!.

!. Ostrich!. Similar gaminess to the alligator, but otherwise tasted like rich sirloin!.

!. Buffalo!. Tastes like beef, but is much less fatty!. Easy to over-cook and dry out!.

!. Dog!. I personally haven't had the chance to try it, but a friend of mine lived in Hawaii all his life!. He regularly ate dog and said it tasted great!. Didn't describe the flavor, though!.

!. Chicken heart and gizzard!. I know it's chicken and that's a "normal" animal, but people typically don't grill up the heart and gizzards!. They taste absolutely fabulous!.!.!.really, the best parts of the chicken!.

!. Sea urchin!. I had this raw, at a sushi restaurant!. If you want it, order it as "uni" (oo-nee)!. The consistancy is similar to a tongue, but when you bite down, it melts into a pudding!. You know that really gnarly smell you get when you walk down a pier and you're smelling all the Marine life and some dead fish hanging out in coolers of fisherman!? That's what it tastes like!. It tastes like sucking on a pier!.

!. Eel!. Again, at a sushi restaurant, but they cook this!. People in my country (USA) tend to be squeamish about trying eel, but it's a delicasy in other countries for a reason! This is the best-tasting seafood by far!. It doesn't taste like fish, but has a heartier, meatier flavor to it!. Very rich as well, thanks to its fatty skin!.

!. Various fish eggs!. Sushi restaurant again!. Most people are familiar with black caviar and golden caviar (flying fish roe), but I've only seen herring roe offered once!. Unlike other caviar, it's HARD and holds together!. http://www!.ease!.com/~randyj/kazuno!.jpg There's a picture (if you don't trust links, just go to Google image search and type in "herring roe")!. No real flavor!.

!. Geoduck!. Again, sushi!. I had it raw!. Geoduck (Google image search or just click here: http://www!.cortesisland!.com/tideline/art!.!.!. ) is a large clam, usually having a foot (the meaty part) of one foot long or even more!. As you can see, it's a rather UGLY looking thing, but I had to try it!. Unlike regular clams and oysters or any other mollusk for that matter, geoduck is HARD and CRUNCHY!. It has no real flavor, but I couldn't get over the fact that it wasn't soft!. For people who don't like the gooey mouth-feel of raw oysters/clams, then geoduck is a great try!. Ask for it by pronouncing it correctly: goo-ee-duck!.

!. Phesant!. Unless you're a hunter, you won't typically try this fowl!. It has a thicker consistancy than chicken, with that alligator-style gaminess!.

!. Venison!. Many people have had it!. It tastes like a "cleaner" version of beef, similar to buffalo but without the dryness!. I've also eaten this raw, and it tastes even better!. I'm originally from Guam and we eat something called keluguen!. It typically has cooked chicken, but we once ate it with venison, which is a delicasy on Guam because you aren't allowed to kill the deer there and it's expensive to import!. To eat it raw, like any raw meat dish, you let it sit in lemon juice for about 10 minutes to kill off the bacteria!. Really a fabulous way to enjoy this meat!.

!. Moose!. Had it in the form of jerky!. It's like a heartier deer!. Quite delicious!.

!. Shark!. Very dense meat, similar to a tender steak, with a taste comparable to tuna!.

!. Tripe!. It's from a cow, but the stomach!. It's common in countries that Spain took over, including the territory of Guam!. Even natives don't always like it!. Terrible smell, terrible texture (like chewing a tire), and terrible flavor!.

!. Octopus!. Mom would buy and steam an octopus!. Unlike what you get in sushi restaurants, which is a sliver of meat that tends to be rubbery at almost every place, a whole octopus tentacle tastes so good!. The meat in the head is also fabulous!. I liked chewing on the suckers!.

I'll add more if I can think of them!.
