Have you considered the life of the vegetables you consume?!

Question: Have you considered the life of the vegetables you consume!?
I have been a vegetarian for over a year now, and I made this choice mainly because I see intelligence, life, and a soul in non-human animals!.!.!. Besides, the American meat industry is definitely not an industry I want to support by any measure!.

But a few weeks ago I started to skin a potato but then I folded the skin back and put it back into the refridgerator!. The next day I got the potato out and took about 1 - 2 minutes before I could find the mark where I had cut it!. It had healed!. This made me realize that the potato, like me and the animals I don't eat, is also a living thing!.

I wondered if anybody else has ever thought about it this way and if there are any solutions to living in this physical world without consuming other forms of life!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
