I just had THE most amazing sandwich!. First, I put a little mayo on two slices of multi grain bread (multi grain is very important in this sandwich)!. Then, I put two slices of a medium tomato side by side, on top of that some green lettuce, and finally two slices of peppered tofurky (You can find this near the vegetable section, at least at the supermarkets Ive been too)!. Soooooo good, and Id estimate it to be around 200-300 cals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

roll out a package of crescent rolls on a cookie sheet and bake!.
when cool, spread on dill dip or any veggie spread or dip!.
top with veggies!.!.!.( i chop mine quite fine!.!.!.makes it easy to cut and easy to eat!)
