These are signs of malnutrition : Hair: loss, stiff, wiring hair that look unkempt!. Light color then normal [pigmentation loss]!. Hair can be pulled out with a gentle tug vs hard pull!.
Start eating right and take care of yourself!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stress as well as lack of iron or zink (green veggies is a good source in a vegetarian diet) could cause it!. Vitamin E deficiency might be another reason but as almost all vegetarians eat enough beans, oil and nuts to stay away from that it is less likely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think stress and possibly genetics would have more to do with it seeing as how hair is dead cells anyways, although i'm not positive!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

my boyfriend hasnt eaten a vegetable since he was 8 and he still has all his hair!.!.!. well!.!. he does have a receding hairline, but thats genetics !!

its probably stress, or your not getting enough protien for your hair to stay healthyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sweetie, I'm so sorry to hear about your best friend!. Please get yourself some grief counseling!. Seeing your doctor would be a good idea too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Speak with your doctor!. You may need vitamins or an injectionWww@FoodAQ@Com
