Is this chocolate vegan?!

Question: Is this chocolate vegan!?
Okay the ingredients say:

Organic Cocoa Liquor
Organic Cane Sugar
Organic Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder
Emulsifier (322 From Soy)

And down the bottom it says:

MAY CONTAIN PEANUTS, TREE NUTS AND GLUTEN

Does that mean it is exclusively milk free and that if it does contain a bit milk it's just a technicality!?

Btw what is an Emulsifier!? What is Cocoa "Liquor"!? Is that good or bad!?

ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes, it is milk free (though I'm uncertain about where the gluten may come from)!. The "May contain!.!.!." part is because they process more than one type of chocolate bar on the same equipment, and some of those other bars may have had peanuts, or tree nuts, or something with gluten in them, and thus very minuscule amounts may have gotten into the bar you bought!.

An emulsifier is something to make the chocolate feel smoother in your mouth!.

As for Cocoa Liquor, read this on how chocolate is processed and made into yummy things: http://www!.worldcocoafoundation!.org/tree!.!.!. !.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. totally free of animal products!. i guess liquor means juice!.

Cocoa beans grow in pods, which liquefy during production!. Perhaps this is the source of the liquor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is vegan the liquor is just chocolate nothing to be woried aboutWww@FoodAQ@Com
