Answers:
I will be honest!.!.!.!.and start with cons, because there are some!.

cons: you get teased sometimes, you might not be able to eat out with friends and family sometimes (unless its french fries and stuff like that), if you like meat, then every time you go to a friends house, you will need to tell them before hand that you are veggie if you are eating there!.!.!.!.you will need to explain it all to your parents!.

Pros: and they out weight the cons, are: You are helping our environment, you are supporting an animal cruelty free lifestyle, you are sticking to what you believe in and that will make you a stronger person!.!.!.!.you will feel great!.!.!.you will be supported by other vegetarians, we love vegetarians :) you will probably start cooking more and being more aware of food!.!.!.!.easier weight loss

is this for weight loss/health or for ethics!?
pros:
healthier (sometimes, depending on what you eat)
thinner (sometimes, depending on what you eat)
helps save the enviorment
helps save some slaughtering of aniamls
helps your bones (people will argue this, but from my experiance, it does)
cons:
people WILL pick on you for it
have to worry about iron and b-12 (unless you drink milk I guess, but protein and calcium are NOT problems like many people will try to tell you!.!.!. eat a variety of plant foods)

Powerhouse Vegetable Medley

1/2 cup KRAFT SIGNATURE Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1-1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots
2 cups broccoli florets
4 cups packed torn fresh spinach
1/2 cup KRAFT Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
2 Tbsp!. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

BRING 1/4 cup of the dressing and carrots to boil in medium saucepan!. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 4 min!.

STIR in broccoli; cover and continue to simmer 4 min!. or until crisp-tender!.

TOSS remaining ingredients with hot vegetables in saucepan!.

i love vegetables and i eat more of them that meat!. But i think meat is important because it provides alot of protein for building muscle and staying fit!. =D My aunt recently became a vegetarian and she has lost alot of weight, but it just isnt as healthy without a good amound of protein and also meat tastes good lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

becoming a vegetarian is a great person you will come out as!. There is one problem though, protein!. There are many pills and medicines that give you the vitamins as a substitute for meat!. If you're not comfortable with medications, than don't become a vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
