Taco Bell, Vegetarian question(PLEASE help)?!
If i get a taco from Taco Bell BUT take out the meat will that be considered vegetarian!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Conveniently, I'm a vegetarian who works at Taco Bell!.
Yeah just request it without the meat and they'll make it for you that way!.
You can substitute beans instead, but I usually don't so I ease up on starches!.
The fully loaded nacho with no beef is amazing! Or the cheesy gordita crunch with no beef! Mmm!.!.!.so good!.
Edit: But if you order it with meat and pick it off, that really defeats the purpose!.
also I checked and no animal enzymes used in their tortillas or frying oil (it's canola)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its a yes and no answer!. Yes, in a technical sense, you've maintained your vegetarian status, because you did not consume it!.
But think of it this way, No -- its not in the spirit of vegetarianism, which is to keep animals from being killed for human consumption!.The animal was killed to fill your order, You just chose not to consume it, Soooo!.!.!.!.!. It seems to me a greater waste of life, if it is to die just to end up in the trash,
Stick with some of the bean and rice options that are listed above, and save an animal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

no it won't be!. if you're vegetarian i suggest you stop eating at all of those fast food places, it's not worth the risk!. plus you usually feel sluggish after anything you get from there, even a bean burrito!. if you get a salad, it's not worth your time or money, mostly iceberg at about 4 dollars!. give it upWww@FoodAQ@Com
no, because that is wasting a life!. If you already ate it, the right thing would be to either eat or give to a dog or someone who will!.
btw, the animals still suffer when you eat milk (cheese)!. ;) nothing is vegan there!. they cook with "animal oil"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
