Answers:
Oat milk!.
Almond milk (if you can find any - I haven't as yet)!.
Hemp milk (if you live in the US, you should be able to find it!. I found some imported from there a couple of weeks ago)!.
Quinoa milk (I found some in England recently)!.
Hazelnut milk (ditto)!.
I guess you can make milk substitutes from just about any grain or nut!. A lot of people seem to find rice milk a bit watery and sweet!.
Soy milks vary greatly in taste!. Silk is supposed to be the best-tasting brand in the US (from what I've heard)!. So Good is possibly the best in Australia, although most brands taste alright nowadays!. Decades ago they weren't so good (if you'll pardon the pun)!. Bonsoy is a Japanese brand that isn't bad - just a little overpriced though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cocount milk and nut milks are the best alternative to dairy milk that I've found!. Almond milk is supposedly really good for you as well as a great tasting milk!. I will on occasion make a fresh batch of cashew milk because it is so rich in fats and I use coconut milk in most cooking applications!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nut Milks - almond, cashew, hazelnut, brazilian!.
Almond milk is very popular and it is very easy to make at home!.

Use certified organic nuts if you can because they have more flavour!.
You can also buy nut milks in health stores, if you can't be bothered to make your own!.
Fresh coconut milk is also great but it is a bit of a pain to open coconuts everyday!.
