Hi, new to vegetarian world. best burger Boca, Morningstar, Amy's?!

I love the Morningstar original veggie burgers-they aren't vegan though!. The Boca black bean burger is out of sight!.!.!.I cook it then chop it up and use it for tacos!.
I'm not a vegetarian, but I generally eat meatless meals for health reasons-it's a lot cheaper too!.
My advice is to try mixing vegetables you ordinarily wouldn't think would go together and nine times out of ten, you'll be pleasantly surprised!. A good example: Baked potato filled with spaghetti squash!. Top with some parmesan cheese and hoo boy! Delicious!.
also, I wouldn't recommend trying to replace all the meat in your diet with meat "substitutes" like the veggie burgers and such!. They're fine for once in awhile, but it can really run up your grocery bill in a hurry!.
Experiment with different grains, like quinoa, bulgur and millet!. You'll be surprised how much variety they provide!.
And if you do find some commercial veggie burgers you like, check around online for some homemade versions!. Black beans, Walnuts and butter beans are just a few of the ingredients you can use to make really delicious homemade veggie burgers!. In fact, I'll give you my recipe for Butter Bean burgers!. My meat loving husband and children absolutely LOVE them!.!.!.even though they HATE butter beans!. They freeze well too!. The recipe is not vegan!.!.you can omit the cheese or substitute soy cheese!.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans, drained
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
* 6 saltine crackers, crushed
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* salt and pepper to taste
* non-stick vegetable oil spray
DIRECTIONS
1!. In a medium bowl, mash butter beans!. Mix in onion, green pepper, crushed crackers, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper!. Divide into 4 equal parts, and shape into patties!.
2!. Over medium heat: spray a large skillet with non-stick spray and fry patties until golden, about 5 minutes on each side!.
for a "crispier"patty you can also shallow fry them in 1/4 inch (or more) of vegetable oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like Amy's products, and can admit to not having had their veggie burgers!.
But between Boca and Morning Star, I've always found Morning Star products really tasty, and I believe they have a better variety of flavors!.

It is a matter of personal preference!. I like Amy's because they are heartier than other brands (more like a real burger!.) I like all the flavors too!. I am not a vegan or vegetarian but I try to limit my meat consumption to 3-5 meals per week!. All of those brands are good as far as taste though!.
Amy's food are delicious- try any of them and you won't be disappointed!. My favorites are the macaroni and cheese, the pizzas (except the goat cheese one,) and her tomato bisque soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

morning star has a good black bean burger!. Honestly, i think they all taste about the same!. u will need to try for yourself!. I'm not vegan or vegetarian and i still like these,but i don't have any pointers for u sorry!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think boca all american flame grilled is the best, my daughter doesn't like it because it tastes to much like meat :) she likes morningstar original grillers!. also, Morningstar makes great chic nuggets and corn dogs
