breakfast- a TON of pineapple
lunch- tomato soup with whole grain toast to dip in it
dinner- (yesterday) vegan jambalaya

all of the above were eaten for a combination of health, craving, and affordability!.!.!.!.!.but probably mostly for cravings, lol!.

Lunch yesterday: veggie burrito with beans & rice (It's healthy and we were at a Mexican restaurant for a friends b-day)

Dinner yesterday: homemade lentil soup (it's less expensive & yummier than canned) plus I know that there isn't any animal fat in it!.

Breakfast today: Cornflakes with a banana and soy milk (convenience/habit!.!.!.I'm not awake enough to think about what to eat before I eat breakfast)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast; I normally used to have sandwich (either tuna, boiled egg or sardine) Its my habit taking sandwiches everyday!.

Lunch; I had a plate of vegetarian noodles!. I vary my lunch every day and today I had cravings for noodles!.

Dinner; was a bowl of cereals!. This is in terms of health!.

Here we go from lunch to lunch!.!.!.!.

Lunch- homemade "shepard's pie" (lentils, kasha and root veggies topped with mashed potatoes), raw apple slices with raisins

Dinner- homemade tofu lasagna with whole wheat noodles, tofu "ricotta" and marinara, chocolate chip cookies

Breakfast- grape nuts, rice milk and banana, chai tea

Lunch- spaghetti squash with stewed tomatoes, baked beans, steamed broccoli, soy milk

with the exception of the chocolate chip cookies (total craving!.!.!. but at least they were homemade!.!.!.) I pick my food based mostly on health, affordability and availabilityWww@FoodAQ@Com
