I am going to cook the following for thanksgiving dinner:

Turkey for my mother and brother and for me Vegan Turkey steaks
mixed greens
potato salad
green beans
devils eggs
corn bread
corn bread stuffing the way my mother used to cook it (wish me luck, yes, my first time)
cranberries
dinner rolls
homemade sweet potato pie
homemade sock it to me cake
homemade lemonade, tea, water, soda etc!.

This might seem a lot of food but this is their request for me to cook!. I will start preparing some of the items the night before!.

I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds delicious! I would personally add something green, such as broiled green beans (rinse, place on pan, drizzle with a little olive oil sprinkle with salt & pepper - broil for 10 -15 minutes stirring every 5 until they have some brown broiled spots - yumm!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't really have anyone around for thanksgiving!. I will probably eat a hashbrown casserole or something by myself :(

Maybe you can make one too!Www@FoodAQ@Com
