A great resource to get for these sorts of questions is Becoming Vegan by Davis & Melina!.

They list the following: green leaves of plants - i!.e!., green leafy veggies & broccoli, seaweeds, seeds (flax, hemp canola, chia), nuts: walnuts & butternuts, soybeans, & oils from these foods!.

They have a wonderful list of items and their amount of omega 3 & 6 fatty acids!. It might be worth checking out from the library or purchasing if you have further questions on how to safely transition to a vegan diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
