Answers:
some chemicals are toxic to all/most living things so its better to kill 10 rabbits than 1 human

responses in animals could potentially be similar in humans though thats not guaranteed

theres no viable alternative!.!.!. in vitro (e!.g!. cells on glassware) or in silico (computers) models are not as accurate as animal models

this should give you a good start

Basically the pro's of animal testing are that you get to see any side effects that new products have on living tissues/organisms without risking a human life!.!.!.!.!.this can lead to a more effective test of products, especially pharmaceuticals before they are tested on humans/released to the market!. On the other hand, the testing is cruel to animals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In school!? Do you mean dissection of frogs or other animals!? Yea!.!.!. you don't HAVE to do it though!. I didn't when I was in school, it stunk really bad and a lot of the kids had to go home cuz they were throwing up!. Then there were the weird ones who wanted to do it, lol!.!.!. I think its pretty gross, and I don't know why any kid should have to do that! Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only reason you are against it is because you are stupid and naive, bad things happen in the world, get used to it!. To date animal testing has saved the lives of millions of people!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Animal testing allows drugs and surgical procedures to be tested in actual live bodies, to see how real living creatures react, giving a better idea of the effectiveness of said drug or procedure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

watch this film!. you will have all the knowledge on the subject you need!.

"earthlings," with joaquin phoenix, moby!.

http://video!.google!.com/videoplay!?docid=!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the advantage is that they test on animals instead of humans and testing may lead to a cure for humans Www@FoodAQ@Com
