also peanut butter and other nuts are good for protein! Try getting soy as well (but soy milk and products can be expensive and times are tough these days!.!.!.so I reccomend you stick to the beans, lol!.!.!.they are pretty cheap!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

most all fruits and vegetables, with a few exceptions (like olives, avocados etc!.), are almost fat free, however few have more than a few gramms of protein!. If you want healthy protein!. eat lentils, soy productsWww@FoodAQ@Com
