Question: Is any of this stuff not vegan!.!.!.!?
water, mushrooms, wheat, flour, modified food starch, contains less than 2% of: vegetable oil(corn, cottonseed, canola and/or soybean), salt, yeast extract, monosodium, glutamate, hydrolyzed soy protein and wheat gluten, caramel color, spice extract, dehydrated garlic!.


Its the ingredients to something, and i never trust my mom, because she is like always trying to feed me meat, but these are the ingredients, and i want to know before i eat it!. I just turned vegan (a month ago) and have been vegetarian for 2 years!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is vegan depending on what the spice extract is!. But it's got other crap in it you might not want to eat like MSG, yeast extract (msg) and hydrolized soy protein (more msg)!. Well, and I dunno of yeast count as living things, because if they do, then eating them is not vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
