My daughter is vegetarian (though not vegan, so she can/will eat eggs and dairy), and I have to say there are always plenty of options for her at Thanksgiving - various veggie and potato dishes that are meat, poultry, and fish-free (corn, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, relishes, etc)!. There will also be cranberries, apples, and other fruits and fruit dishes, as well as, an assortment of breads/grains (someone always brings a wild rice dish)!.
It's kind of funny because even though she's vegetarian, she has a "contest" with her cousin to see if they can gain 5 lbs from Thanksgiving morning to Thanksgiving night!. (no worries since they're both athletic, healthy, thin 12-year-old girls!.)
If all else fails, bring a dish of your own to pass!.
Edit: Hellinore Rigby!.!.!. since you're "full of useless knowledge," here's a useFUL factoid: a vegan diet is not necessarily cruelty-free!. And even if you are an "organic" vegan, not all organic food production practices are sustainable and/or eco-friendly (even if that's what the packaging says)!. Unless you eat only foods you yourself produce and/or are in-season and local, you're likely eating foods that, from the ground to your table, involve some form of cruelty!. I'm sorry, but it's inevitable; part and parcel of the transfer and transformation of energy in the universe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try making just veggie stuffing!

I think instead of not eating anything, you should offer to bring something over too, something YOU can eat!.
This year, I got baked yams!.
I cut yams up in thin slices and I mixed cinnamen and sugar today and sprinkled it on and baked it for about 30 mins!.
They're delicious!.
You can also try scalloped potatoes!.
Make your own veggie meal!
Not only will your family be impressed, you won't get picked on!. (I hope)
Good luck, I'm a vego too and it's CONSTANT attempts from people getting me to eat meat!.
