Self disipline and a good vegetarian diet?!
i would like some tips on things that can help me get down back to the small size ten i was a feew weeks ago, im 16 and a small size 12

I am also a vegetarian, 5' 8", 126 to 130 lbs, size 8!. I keep my weight down by usually skipping dinner!. I eat a good breakfast and a hearty lunch!. Lunch is often a big salad!. Try green smoothies!. My current favorite is 1 banana, a handful of raw spinach, 1 Tbsp!. of Spirulina powder, 2 Tbsp!. of Dr!. Schulze Superfood (or BarleyLife, green barley, or something similar) and 1 Tbsp!. Whey Protein powder!. I use 1/2 juice, 1/2 cold water to get the desired consistancy, and blend until smooth!. There are tons of yummy green smoothy recipes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't recommend skipping dinner, but the drinks sound good!. I think you should just eat more veggies and walk everyday!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
