What should I do with my tofu?!
I have crumbled it up with vegetables, I have made sloppy joe, I have battered and fried the stuff, and I have no new ideas on what to do with it!. Can you help me out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

bake it in a baking tray with oil in the oven!. after you have made one side brown flip it over and add some sauce on top which will bake into it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
spaghetti and tofu balls!
Ingredients:
1 pkg (350 g) firm or extra-firm_tofu
1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp (25 mL) tahini or almond butter
2 tbsp (25 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) dijon mustard
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp (25 mL) vegetable oil
Easy spaghetti Sauce or 4 cups (1 L) tomato pasta sauce
12 oz (375g) spaghetti
Preparation:
Drain tofu!. In food processor, purée tofu with parsley until crumbly!. Add bread crumbs, tahini, soy sauce, mustard, pepper and garlic; pulse to combine!. Scrape into bowl; roll by 1 tbsp (15 mL) into balls!. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate in single layer on waxed paper-lined baking sheet for up to 24 hours!.)
In large nonstick skillet, heat half of the oil over medium heat!. In batches and adding remaining oil as needed, fry balls, stirring often, until golden, about 8 minutes!. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet!.
In large saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce until steaming!. Add tofu balls; simmer until heated through, 5 minutes!.
Meanwhile, in large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti until tender but firm, 8 to 10 minutes!. Drain and pour onto platter; spoon sauce over top!.

here is an idea, and i wont get in annny trouble for writing it and its not as ignorant as the first one!.
make some soup!.!.!.i had it in a restaurant and it was really good!. even made it here at home!.
you make chicken broth, toss in little chopped on celary,carrots, chicken,toss in diced tofu, even small handfull rice!.!.and there you have it!.!.if you have chives toss a little on top !.!.!.its a good soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

have you tried any Asian recipes!? there are soooo many ways to prepare it asian style!.
most asian recipes use the silken (soft) tofu!. i like to make a cold tofu dish where you cut the tofu into blocks and drizzle some soy sauce on it!. you can top it with green onions yummy!. i also like to put it in stir fry or grill it into tofu steak!. i think they sell tofu steak now in the grocery store!. this is the link to some good japanese tofu recipes:

make MIGAS, if you're not vegan, you can mix with eggs, or if so, just use tofu!.
