How many eggs per week for a 16 year-old vegetarian?!

Question: How many eggs per week for a 16 year-old vegetarian!?
my daughter has been a vegetarian for 8 years, she didn't touch eggs for 7 1/2 years, now she is eating them and wants 2 scrambled about 3 or 4 times a week!. I buy the Egglands brand which is cage free and higher in vitamins and lower in cholesterol!. Is this too many egg per week!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
6 to 8 eggs a week sounds good to me!. Eggs have cholesterol, so she doesn't want to load up on a lot of dairy products along with them!.

I get my eggs from a local cage free farm, this way I can see that the hens are well cared for!.

No,I have more then that 5 times a week!.!. Breakfast everyday consists of eggs and toast, and occasionally a meat of some sort!.!. I thought vegans and vegetarians want to avoid eggs!.!.

That isn't to much eggs to eat in a week!.!. as long as she eats healthy and exersizes, there shouldn't be a problem!. (especially if they have less cholesterol)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If she has done fine without the eggs for all those years, why expose her to all that cholesterol now!? Please reconsider supporting this industry!. I'm not lecturing, I am just asking!. The term "cage free" is a nice term the industry uses, while they continue to use very cruel methods!. Please take a look at this!.!.!.It contains no overly graphic images!.
