Can I be eating too much fruit?!
I eat at least 5 serves of fruit daily, sometimes more!.
Is that too much!?
also, I eat 5 serves of veggies a day including high calcium veggies like broccoli and spinach ( I 100% eat spinach daily) so is it necessary to be drinking rice or soy milk daily for the calcium!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thats great your having your fruit, but fruit can be acidic to your teeth, so just be careful in that sense!.

Yes, you still need calcium, I woundn't say thats too much fruit but some people might argue that it's too much sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
