Are you considered a vegeterian if..?!
Me and my friend are vegetarians but she and I eat meat like once a week for protein and I'm REALLY skinny so feel like I have to eat meat once in awhile to maintain my weight and I feel weak thought the day without meat!. Are we still considered vegetarians!? And what are some other ways I can get a lot protein!.
Oh and another thing, one of my other friends said that vegetarians get sick easily!. Is that true!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, you're not vegetarian!. You're also probably just eating vegetarian junk food and not getting enough protein from veggie sources!. That's your fault, not being vegetarian!.
I'm vegan and very healthy!. I maintain a healthy 125-130 lb weight!. I'd like to be less but I like to eat too much vegan food, hehe!. I work out regularly!. Most people are pretty surprised when I tell them I'm vegan because I'm pretty muscular for a girl!. I turned vegan in April 2007 and save for one intense flu (everyone got that, and most got it worse than me), I haven't even had a cold!. And I used to be sick a LOT!.

Read The China Study!.!.!.or just look it up on Wikipedia!. It's becoming more and more apparent that vegetarian/veganism is actually an extremely healthy way to eat!. ((If Done Correctly))

Semi-Vegetarian!. Flexetarian!. Either or, they are the same thing!. It means you occasionally eat meat!.
But for protein eat beans and nuts!. They have alot of protein!.
I would say search up vegetarians and protein on google and see that vegetarians get enough protein, while meat eaters get too much!.

u can get protein from: eggs, milk, protein shakes, beans, soy milk, all that is actually even better than meat, which has fat in it!. im not sure about the sickness thing, but protein is essential every day, so talk to your doctor about any further questions, hope i helped!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
