Answers:
Try eating plenty of beans, legumes, nuts, dairy and soy!. Nuts have a lot of fat (albeit good fat), so use those a little more sparingly!. Beans (black beans, refried, pintos, northern, garbanzos) are low in fat and high in fiber!. Use them a lot!. Same thing for lentils, which are good to use as a sub for ground meat!. You want to be sure to combine stuff from different food groups to form complete proteins!.

On a side note, I like how ! said "your an idiot" (when it should be "you're an idiot")- what a jackass! :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Without too much calorie counting etc!. There is a simple rule of thumb on how to balance your intake of nutrition!. eat 80% carbs 10% protein and 10% fat from your total calorie intake and you are in good health!. To achieve superior health its not just about what you eat, its also about your daily habits and state of mind!. The best sources of fat are olives, avocado, and coconut (fresh baby coconuts if you can get them) protein comes in many forms from nuts to beans and in most vegetables especially green leaf vegetables!. Carbs are fruits, breads, pasta, grains (brown rice, rice, barley, quinoa, millet, couscous (semolina)) and they also contain some protein!. Be careful not to overdose on protein like most people tend to do (it harms your liver mainly)!.!.!. as opposed to common beliefs you dont need all that protein!. Instead what you need is a healthy balanced diet of mineral, vitamins, enzymes (for digestion and healthy bowels) protein, fats, carbs, liquids (water mostly) and fresh air!.!.!. enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com
