How can I become a vegetarian when I love meat?!
I want to become a vegetarian for health reasons and my love of animals, but i love eating meat!. I dont eat hamburger that often, i mostly eat chicken, ham, turkey, or pork!. Any tips on what I can eat for lunch or dinner!? (im ok on breakfast) I take my lunch to school, and my mom usually cooks or we go out to eat, and when we go out i usually get chicken!. I don't like tomatoes at all!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

veggie burgers are good!. they provide a lot of protein in just one patty and they have a lot of varieties!. But just look in the supermarket you will find that there are a lot of vegetarian options than you think!.
and if i wasn't vegan, I'd stay away from pigs completely b/c they have the intellect of a 3 yr old!.!.!. and that is disturbing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Like any other lifestyle change-just do it!. Any time you give up something you enjoy for a good reason, the only friend you have on your side is willpower!.
Low fat dairy is a good way to get easy protein, as are beans!. When I eat out I usually seek out a salad-even if it is meant to have meat in it you can ask that it be omitted!. Mexican food is great-you can almost always get something with just beans or cheese!. Italian is good too-they always have pasta alfredo!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
