Answers:
Crudites and fresh fruit are always good snacks!. If you like them, plain rice cakes are a good crunchy snack, or low fat popcorn!. Cold cereal is an option if you have a place to keep a bowl and spoon and a fridge!. Soup at hand by campbell is handy but expensive-instant soups are often high in sodium but OK once in awhile if that's not a problem for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello 'white butterfly' :
Fruits, vegetables and nuts are very sensible snacks!. (not the salted nuts, though)
Stay away from greasy, salty, fattening treats (potato chips, french fries, onion rings)
'Nature Valley' makes great health snack bars !.!.!. tasty and filling !
Not too many grapes !.!.!. they're probably the highest in sugar content!.
Any doctor will tell you that you can eat all the fruits & vegetables that you want!.

Good Luck with your diet !

Why start the new year as the person you were physically a year ago when you can do one better!? Now, hon, you are going to have to exercise!. I don't buy this "I have no time" crap because you work from 8 to 6!. That's certainly enough time to fit in three exercise sessions!. I worked out 14-16 times each week and I was a full-time college student working for the state government!. As a Marine with a second job, I also worked out daily!. After getting permanently disabled in the Marines, I still workout 6x a week!. The reason you won't exercise is easy: you are just lazy, plain and simple!.

With this in mind, you can certainly eat yourself thin, but you won't be healthy and you'll be flabby because you won't build any muscle tone!. If you're happy with being flabby, then by all means eat 6x a day and don't exercise at all!. Just make sure that all your snacks are made of lean protein and natural carbohydrates!.
