Creepster,

Here are some companies that are very socially responsible!. In the category of DAIRY PRODUCTS there is:

A+ goes to Organic Valley, and Strauss Family
A goes to Stonyfield Farm, Redwood Hill Farm, Organic Pastures, Nancy's Brown Cow

A- goes to Lifeway, Whole Foods 365, Wallaby, Clover Stornetta, and Helios

You can find the B's and on down to F's on the site I gave you earlier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can't but I can say that drinking milk is linked to osteoporosis as the high protein in milk causes calcium to be leached from your bones whilst also inhibiting your absorption of the calcium!.
Try leafy green for calcium!.
AND
Why don't you try milk supplements!? Like soy (gross!!) rice (my favorite) or almond (haven't tried but apparently it is good)!.
Another thing drinking milk supports the veal industry since the male calf become veal!.
COW'S milk is for COW'S, not humans!. TO drink their milk you are denying a baby calf milk who has been stolen from her mother soon after birth!.
Since 75% of the population is lactose intolerant, there might just be a message there, maybe cows milk isn't good for you!.
Good Luck with everything though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just drink the milk!. It wouldn't be in the farms best interest to harm the animal making it money on a regular basisWww@FoodAQ@Com
