What vegan mayo is the best in your opinion?!
I tried veganaisse and I liked it alright but it got moldy really quickly!.!.!. nasty!. I now have two jars of Nasoya downstairs!. One is original and one is dijon!. I want to try all of the vegan mayos out there until I find the perfect one for me!.

Veganaise is by far the best, it tastes like actual mayo!. I could never keep a jar long enough for it to get moldy!. Nayonaise (Nasoya) is ok, but you can definitely taste the soy in it and it's a little sour!. I use it as a last resort!. Those are the only two brands we can get here!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I am a former chef and like the first person I make my own, with silken tofu, as I like to add fresh garlic and make an aioli type, plus you can adjust the consistency to, made the same way as the jarred versions it is more defined to my tastes and specifications, I have had both and like them, just found it cheaper to make it at home and on my own, while I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian I only use pasteurized egg whites for cooking and baking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I make my own, because I am actually allergic to meat products!. I find it's the only way to get a decent, tasty, meat-product Free mayo!.
