Vegan Recipes...............?!
I'm having a miniature christmas party and some of my guests are vegetarian and vegan!. I'm serving appetizers, and I'm not exactly sure what to do for the vegan ones!. I want something unusual- but NO fake meat or fake cheese or tofu or such!. My mom won't buy that, and none of my other guests will eat it!.

any pasta dish minus the meat-not for vegans though
cheese and fruit and cracker platter -not for vegans though
mango and peach salsa with chips
bean dip with chips
bean burritos
fried or baked eggplant sticks
bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
tomatoe and onion slices with oliveoil or balsamic vinegar+basil leaves
baked sweet potato fries, or regular fries
garlic mashed potatoes

roasted tomato an arugala salad
