What makes u decide 2 be vegan?!

well!. i was a strict vegetarian for 7 yrs!.!. and then i realized how can i love animals and be for their rights while still subjecting them to a horrible life to provide me w/ milk and eggs!.
that was the main thing!.
then i really looked into it and it is so horrible!. calves being taken away from their mother and killed/sold to veal farms (if boys) immediately after birth!. and hens living miserable lives in cages or jam packed 'free range' buildings!.
and the harm animals are doing on our environment!. and there is no need to consume animal products so why do it!? its healthier to be vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, a lot goes into the decision!. ur health, ur life style, how you feel about the cruelty to animals, its alot to think about!.
