Why should vegetarians eat meat?!


Question: Why should vegetarians eat meat!?
I'm asking a serious question!. Please don't say "because it tastes good"!. I'm a vegetarian, never going back to meat eating!. Its only for a report!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

im a vegetarian and im the healthiest ive ever been!. Cutting out all meat from your diet reduces your risk of heart diseases by half!. theres no reason to eat meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most vitamins and minerals can be obtained from a vegetarian diet!. In fact, in an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet, ALL essential vitamins and minerals are there!. In a vegan diet, you need vitamin B12, which only naturally occurs in animal products!. For vegetarian diets in general, there is a risk of an iron deficiency!. Of course dark leafy greens have iron, but if someone doesn't include that in their vegetarian diet, they might experience this!. Calcium may be a problem in a vegan diet!. Again, there are non-dairy sources, but vegans have to make an effort to make sure they include them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vegetarians do not eat meat!. if you are doing a report, this should not be a question!.
vegans can get all the vitamins and nutrients they need based on plants!.
there is no answer a meat eater can give you to justify this!.
