Why should vegetarians eat meat?!
I'm asking a serious question!. Please don't say "because it tastes good"!. I'm a vegetarian, never going back to meat eating!. Its only for a report!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most vitamins and minerals can be obtained from a vegetarian diet!. In fact, in an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet, ALL essential vitamins and minerals are there!. In a vegan diet, you need vitamin B12, which only naturally occurs in animal products!. For vegetarian diets in general, there is a risk of an iron deficiency!. Of course dark leafy greens have iron, but if someone doesn't include that in their vegetarian diet, they might experience this!. Calcium may be a problem in a vegan diet!. Again, there are non-dairy sources, but vegans have to make an effort to make sure they include them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Look at the human anatomy!. If it weren't for supplements and fake meats, being a vegetarian would be stupid and would kill you!. It is only because of our intelligence that it is possible!. And, yes, because it tastes good!. lolWww@FoodAQ@Com
