How can I make a veggie delight at subway?!
how can i make a veggie delight subway sandwich with as little fat as possible but still taste good!? and low in calories, will it be overly filling!?!?!.!.!.tiny stomach!.!.!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wheat bread, as has been said before!.
No oil or vinegar (but it's good for you, it's a good fat, since it's not cooked) and vinegar gives flavor!.
No Salt and Pepper!.
Mustard, but no Mayo!.
If you're vegan, get it with avocado (it costs an arm and a leg, but it's filling and yummy)!. You could get it with cheese, but I don't view cheese as healthy, it's more of a better for you than average junk food, but I still view it as junk food!.
You could toast it, but meat products have been toasted on it, so I avoid that!. Unless you trust the cleanliness of the place!. Toasting is always good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt, pepper, hot peppers (banana preferably), and sweet onion sauce are the key to high flavor and low fat!.

I love Subway, oh gosh!. I just got a job there and that's all I do is smell it all day, hahaha (: The girls I work with complain when they have to make Veggie Delites because that sandwich is basically packed with veggies and hard to close!. Vegetables are just amazing though!. When I go to Subway, I like to get it on wheat bread, with every vegetable ('cept olives!.!.!.they be nasty) and get it with the oil and vinegar!. It does the trick for me!. The most fattening part would probably be the bread, if you even think that's fattening!. You could just get the veggie delite in salad form if you're concerned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Wheat bread has less calories than white bread!. Cheese is high in fat and you can get the sandwich without the cheese!. For dressing I think vinegar has no fat, and I know their ranch dressing is low carb!. They might have other low-fat dressings, you should ask them!. Some subways have a Veggie Max sandwich which is like a veggie burger, and they taste all right, they are more filling than just the veggies alone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I love veggie subs!. You can request low fat salad dressing or use mustard!. Then have them pile the veggies on!. You can also add a piece of cheese if you want to splurge!. Lay off the salt & pepper and also the oil and vinegar dressing if possible!. If not then ask them to put only a small amount!. This sandwich is nutritious, filling and ever so good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
well mine isn't low fat i don't think, but it's delicious!.
i get italian bread, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, olives, pickles, cucumbers!.!. really anything except peppers because those make me want to throw up!.

I actually just had on one the other day!. i ALWAYS get it on wheat with ALL the veggies im a weirdo like that with oil and vinegar and im not vegan just vegetarian so i like to get cheese sometimes!. american is what i get but if your trying to watch your weight no cheese!.
