Answers:
It isn't just about taste!. Texture makes a big difference as does color and smell!. It also makes a difference as to how the food is prepared!.
When eating something new, you need to prepare your brain!. Smell the food first!. Don't be afraid to touch it!. Push is around the plate with your fork!. Take teeny tiny nip!. This way your mind is fully prepared and less likely to reject the food!.
I know that I really can't stand cooked or steamed vegetables!. They are soft, but I can eat most any vegetable that is raw!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I used to be a picky eater!. Just prepare the foods differently!. I've always hated most veg, including spinach!. I only ever had it boiled and once I tasted it raw I loved it!.

Throwing up is not good!. Maybe you should see a doctor about that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it is really annoying it happens to me too except i usually don't throw up i would just try food ind a new way like mashed used to make me want to throw up but then after my friends mom made them they haven't tasted bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you should go to the doctor!.!.

perhaps you have an eating disorder!. and not know it, if you knew it, it wouldn't be a disease!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

have you seen a doctorWww@FoodAQ@Com
