Answers:
as with all things vegan, check the labels!. a lot of pills are made with gelatin or lactose!. i'm sure your bp meds are not vegan, but there's no perfect vegan out there!. just do your best to avoid animal products when you can!.

i'm not sure if taking magnesium will help you, but if you are sticking to a vegan diet for an extended period it's very likely you might not need to take those someday!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can expect some fairly wide fluctuation in BP!. Supposedly the best time to take it is 1st thing in the morning after you get up and before you eat anything!. As far as magnesium no if you are taking only magnesium and not combined with other things that are not vegan!. But ask the pharmacist or clerk if you are getting it at GNC or Vitamin Cottage, and read the label!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think it matters if you're vegan or not!.

I've been using this website for a long time!
It seems that pumpkin seed kernels have the most magnesium!.
If you're looking to take magnesium pills (They won't work as good as eating foods that contain it) just find some capsules that are plant-derived!. But I'd suggest eating the fruits/ vegetables / nuts!.!.!. it will get absorbed into your body better that way!Www@FoodAQ@Com

silly Vegan Magnesium is not meatWww@FoodAQ@Com
