The powder is really going to help out overall!. I am going to highly recommend it simply because of the cost ratio here!. You can get a ton of protein in powder form that's easier to store, digest, and has a longer shelf life than milk, eggs, or anything else!.
But if you really hate it for whatever reason, your can replace it by combining yogurt, milk, and raw pasteurized egg whites!. Add whatever else you'd like (fruit, PB and chocolate, coffee, whatever), but always start with these basics!.
FYI, pasteurized egg is going to be as safe as regular (pasteurized) milk!. It will not add a flavor to your shake but will add a fluffiness to it!. Additionally, eggs contain a lot of fabulous protein, but some of that breaks down while cooking; this is why drinking raw egg was very popular in the past!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
