First day vegetarian ?!


Question: First day vegetarian !?
so today was my first day and i want to know if i ate good or not and what can i do to improve!.!.!.!.
classic pasta salad
some hash brown
toast
chex cereal
i have not had time to go to the store for more healthy food!.!.!.if you have and good recipes please let me know

It's nice that you went vegetarian, but you need to read a little bit about nutrition!. You have a lot of simple carbohydrates there, and not a whole lot else!. You're also going to get tired of eating that way really fast Get some beans, nuts, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, Did you have anything on your cereal!? or just plain!? Try soy milk or rice milk if you're not drinking milk!. If you like vanilla, the soy milk with a lot of vanilla in it is much better than plain!. I don't care for it!.

not very good!. i see nothing but starch and enriched flours (i'm assuming little to none was whole grain)!. you need fruits and veggies! and protein! you basically got no nutrition today and that's dangerous!. eat some nuts like almonds, or some beans for protein!. snack on carrots and peapods to get the vitamins and minerals you need from veggies!.

you should have some protein in your diet
for breakfast you can have eggs,scrambled tofu,cheese on toast or baked beans on toast!.
for lunch and dinner you could have hummus,baked tofu (my favorite),black bean soup!.!.!.etc

Try eating lots of veggies and some fruit!. also include whole grains and eggs (and other sources of protein) in your diet!. If you're worried about whether or not you are getting the appropriate vitamins you can ask your doctor for recommendations about supplements!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

the most important thing to watch out for is not eating enough protein!. So eat a lot of beans!. Refried beans!.!.!.tacos, burritos, or mixed with rice and a little salsa!. garbanzo beans(hummus)!. red beans and rice!. and eat a lot of soy!. soy milk and adamame (which is soy pods) steamed with sea salt!. they are served in sushi restaurantsWww@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need "good recipes!."
