Answers:
I can't really give you recipes but I always have these items on hand for mixing and matching:

Variety of greens (Spring Mix, Spinach, Collard, etc)
Jarred and fresh fruits
Dried Fruits (raisins, cranberry, blueberry, banana chips, etc)
Nuts (mixed, pistachios, peanuts, sesame, sunflower, etc!.)
Fresh veggies in season as well as standards like carrots, celery, etc

Then I just mix 1 or 2 from each group if I have a group over I will set it up salad bar style so everyone gets it the way they want!.

This is the ymmiest! Take a bag of morningstar farms soy crumbles, mix with some refried beans in a pan, add some salsa and stir it up!. Put mixture on top of lettuce, tomatoes, tortilla chips, Cheese and olives and onions, and low fat sour cream and guacamole!.

Might not be very very low fat but its delishhhhh!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and the fats from the olives and guac are the healthy kind of fatWww@FoodAQ@Com

equal parts of iceberg lettuce and spinach!.

cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled okra, cheese!.!.whatever you like!.
