Hello,
(ANS) Soya Milk in Tea & Coffee ONLY curdle due to the PH of the drink, its recommended by the manufacturers (makers) that you put the soya milk into the cup first and then slowly add the tea or coffee!.
**I've been using only Soya milk in drinks & food for many many years!. I find that soya milk only tends to curdle badly in strong coffee!. Even this can be fixed by adding more soya milk into the cup!.
**If the soya milk curdled in the pan then perhaps you were cooking it on too high a flame (to hot to quickly), try cooking the porridge on a slow lower flame and keep stirring the mixture!. Add any salt or sugar slowly bit by bit too!.
