I go to college, so I'm generally allowed to eat during class time (except in the computer lab)!. I try to keep my metabolism high and eat small portions frequently throughout the day!. I usually bring:
-a bag of mixed veggies (red&green pepper, cucumber, carrots)
-a handfull of mixed nuts
-a protein bar (usually Special K)
