My cousin used to eat coal and we eat burnt offerings and we are still alive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We don't really need to eat burnt toast or graphite or diamonds as we don't have a need to superload on carbon!. All life is based on the CHON combination, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen!. We get enough of it by eating a healthy variety of plants (or animals if that's your thing)!. We also don't need it so much in pure form as we do in the form of organic compounds and nutrients that our bodies can work with!. All that said, burnt toast won't hurt you, my dad actually prefers it, but the carbon content isn't really relevant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually, it is since the charcoal absorbs any poisons that you might have accidentally eaten!. I think it would be a bad idea on a continual basis, but that is because I don't much care for the taste of burnt toast!. I suppose that can be taken care of with ketchup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whilst eating burnt toast may not actually be good for you, it will almost certainly be less harmful than eating perfect cooked toast with marmalade as this often results in one being torn to shrapnel by ickle wickle fwuffy wuffy bears!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Carbon can help as a filter, but our bodies are already setup in such a fashion that we do all this ourselves!. We don't leech extra carbon from burnt toast!.!.!.our cells repair thanks to protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
