Question: What are some yummy vegan ideas for stuffed bread!?

I’m making stuffed breads for my friends for Christmas and they are vegan!. I am trying to think of the flavors that would go together and tasted great baked into my home made bread!.
It is like a hot pocket…only it tastes good!.
