Adding spices helps a lot - some salt, lemon, lemon pepper, garlic, onion, italian spices, etc!. Or add a flavored broth or salad dressing to them!. Of course cheese, butter and olive oil (infused olive oil too!) makes a big difference!. Grilling vegetables also gives them a nice flavor!.
Some of my personal favorites are: spinach with some vinegar; broccoli with a dab of (low fat) mayo or lemon juice; carrots with some brown sugar; corn with cumin and chili powder; acorn squash with a dab of maple syrup; or salad with olive oil, parmesan, pepper and garlic powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
