Answers:
You just replace meat with: beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and whole grains!. Many vegetarians eat dairy and eggs as a meat replacement too!.

If you parents cook your meals one of the best things to do is get them to serve yours and then add the meat!. That's what my mom started doing when I became vegetarian, she would cook a pasta sauce totally vegetarian for me, and then add chicken once mine was served!. Another pice of advice I would have for you: Try to like tofu, because it is really very healthy, but if you really can't then make sure you don't rely on cheese and other dairies for your protein, far too much fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tofu isn't so bad; basically, it picks up the taste of whatever you cook it with!. Personally, I LOVE curried tofu!. There's other options, too, like Seitan, and most grocery stores have the basics like veggie nuggets and soy burgers, and places like Whole Foods will have a slew of new things for you to try!. You should try Morning Star Farms foods!. They make a lot of really good tasting stuff!. They sell them in most every grocery stores!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
