Answers:
My personal favorites are rosemary, sweet basil, curry with brown sugar, lemon pepper, fruits, and soy sauce!.

You can flavor potatoes, pastas, etc!. with broths and marinades!. For example, you can use vegetable broth, fruit juices, and jams and jellies (especially for tofu)!. My sister makes an amazing marinade out of soy sauce, ginger, lime juice and brown sugar!Www@FoodAQ@Com

People freak out when they look in my cupboard! I regularly use paprika, cumin, garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon, sumac, fenugreek, fennel seeds, italian herbs, salt, black and white pepper, nutmeg, coriander, parsley, dried mint, chilli powder, ginger powder, galangal powder, coriander seeds, basil!.!.!.

Less regularly I use allspice, star anise, curry leaves, cloves, amchoor powder, asafoetida, tamarind, kaffir lime leaves!.!.!.

garam masala!

curry powder, bell pepper, red pepper, chili sauce, cumin, paprika, vegetable broth, olive oil, bean sprouts, radish sprout, ok any kind of sprouts, tumeric!.!.!.!.

All spices that are from plants so they're all good!.

I would avoid cane sugar though!.!.!. (Is that a spice!?) and use beet sugar instead, since cane sugar may not be vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
